Z41Y API Forged Steel Flange Gate Valve structural features:
1, forged steel valves for nominal pressure PN2.5,4.0,10.0,14.0,25.0
Mpa, nominal diameter of DN10 ~ 50mm in the high temperature, high
pressure valve. Suitable medium for water, nitrogen and hydrogen mixed
gas, urea and methylamine solution.
2, stem and stem nut trapezoidal thread drive, thread GB5796
regulations. Stem head design has a tapered sealing surface, when the
valve is fully open with the sealing seat seal closely, no external
leakage.
3, the valve body, bonnet and other pressure parts using the overall
forging (tire mold forging), the valve body flange can also be
welded. Valve connection in the form of flanged, socket welding and
internal thread connections.
4, the valve seat and the valve body threaded connection, welding,
welding on the valve body layer or stainless steel valve directly on the
valve body processing. Surfacing thickness greater than or equal to
2mm.
5, for the nominal pressure greater than 15.0Mpa forged steel valve
with self-tight pressure seal structure, packing boxes and rams are used
forging the overall process to ensure that the compressive strength.
